- 0124-hour order window
Orders receive a 24-hour hold for reasonable edit requests. Cancellation depends on the work started and the terms.
- 02Mockup
For custom items, a mockup is generally sent within 24–48 business hours after quote approval.
- 03Your approval
Respond within 24–48 hours and carefully review names, spelling, photos, colors, sizes, and placement. Missing information or approval may pause production and affect timing; cancellation is reviewed under the terms.
- 04Production & fulfillment
The listed timeframe starts after payment, complete details, and final approval. Shipping time begins once the carrier receives the package.
Production time does not include shipping. Shipping transit begins when the carrier receives your package and records its acceptance scan, not when a label is created.
Processing estimates allow for a slightly busy workload; many orders are completed sooner. Need it faster? Contact Maam Made It to check availability and any quoted rush fee. An earlier completion date is only confirmed after review.
